Regional Manager
Ilya spends most of his time on site in Connecticut managing Rockwood’s multi-family properties. Rutgers University-educated in business management, Ilya has more than five years’ experience in regional management and handles operations involving corporate and staff, vendors, tenants, and financial institutions.
Ben Zelmanowitz
Regional Construction
Ben has a business degree from Thomas Edison University in marketing and sales. Balancing organizational skills with a cheery and personable attitude, Ben oversees territories in Texas. When it comes to efficient construction of multi-family units, Ben is on top of everything from subcontractor supervision to purchasing.
